I'll take from you information such as your goals, current position, available equipment preferred exercises & more.

The Process: 

Once you purchase the plan, I'll send you a form to fill out with the information that I need, and will craft the workout plan specific to your needs and send this to you in the form of a PDF that you can access on your phone. 

From when you purchase the plan and complete the form, I will get the workout plan to you within 1-3 working days.
